Found a plumbing leak. Called in the cavelrey. Got to take off the granite and the cabinets to fix the leak.

After many of these. a chance on a new smoke. Lobster tails.

Turned out great!

Smoke to 145/150. Baste with butter every 15 minutes. Perfect
