Liking the new 2 Star - tonight's ribs

I'm sold. I through on 2 racks of baby backs from Costco. In an earlier thread, I asked about the smoke capacity of pellet smoking since this is my first pellet-pooper. The smoke ring below tells the tail. I rubbed them with yellow mustard and Dizzy Pig Raging River rub for 3 hours, 2 hours foiled and then some Mak Rum Grilling Sauce to finish for 30 minutes. The family ate well.

Thanks guys. I have to say that the Mak completely lives up to the hype. It is built like a tank and makes the cook much easier than my WMS and other stick burners I've had. I get to concentrate on the meat and drinking more beer. What is not to like :D.

Experiment constantly! The Rum and Honey Stinger sauces are my favorites from MAK.
