It's not the tenderest cut of beef ever but it was on sale and I'm hungry.

Now which of these marinades should I use?

Okay, I went with the Head Country and a little BP Steak Rub

275 on the Memphis for about half an hour. Pulled and lightly tented at 135 IT. Looking pretty good.

Hi everybody! Carter, the flavor was yummy. I didn't put too much steak rub on since those kinds of marinades are pretty salty but it turned out perfect. I texted the plated pic to a family member and she rushed over for her share. It's a truth universally accepted: if you smoke, they will come.
