Thanks to Big Poppa Smokers for the sauces and rubs. Didn't order these, but I'm guessing they were to thank me for pointing out that I received a $50 credit instead of a $25 credit for winning one of the cooking contests.

BP has the best service. I really like the rub to the left, it is great on anything....of course I am a little biased

I have used all of it. The Sunshine Rub is a good universal rub. Pepper Plant has always been one of my top choices. 17th I love on Chicken.
The Firehouse Rub I take and grind a little finer in a coffee grinder and works real nice on Tri Tip. I actually take the coffee grinder to a few other rubs too.

The Sunshine has become a family fave--works great with the basil EVOO as a marinade. I used it on chicken breasts for my parents & my mom called after dinner to ask what I used so they could get some too. They are getting used to my BPS experiments.
