I have always had great results on my little Traeger, thinking about upgrading to the Texas elite, or the Yoder 640 on the comp cart. I already know the Yoder is a much better built unit, and the love the bigger wheels, but honestly for the price difference does it really cook any better? Keep in mind my concern is consistency, volume of food that I can stack on the smoker and the end result, not the better building materials. Has anyone owned both, used both, done a side by side?
