With it being Jan 2 decided to try out some cooks lower in calories. These thighs had the skin remove and all excess fat trimmed off. Into the marinade express with the lemon pepper marinade. Then on to the MAK at 375 for 15 minutes. then brush one side with the no calorie dressing. Cook for another 10 minutes turn and baste the other side with the no calorie dressing. The no calorie dressing I assumes has water as the liquid so it evaporates and forms a crust on the chicken. The last 15 minutes of the cook baste with a little oil to regenerate the dressing. I used plain oil, but a little annies red pepper would have added a additional flavor and color.
