Hey everyone, got my MAK 1 Star up and running... and wow! What a machine! This was a 6.5 hour cook on a slab of spare ribs. Set it and forget it was totally applicable, I had the grill set at 225* and it held a tight range of 225-230* the entire time.

Deck is filling up quick!
Smoking and Football (although the Niner game hardly qualified as football). Hung out and glanced at the temp reading, held in a nice range.
Got a late start, so it went a little late (not sure wide sideways ha)
Success! Forgot the sliced shot, but they disappeared quickly
In summary, smoker is awesome, couldn't have been easier to use, very happy with the purchase.
