Looking for a realistic ballpark number for pellet consumption per hour at 225 deg?

Testing we did years ago was around .75lbs/hr.
This will vary depending on outside air temp, pellets, foil, food, cleanliness etc. but should be in the ballpark.

That was at the 225° the O.P. asked about. And that's also on mild/warm days. I expect to burn a little more once cold weather hits.
