Gadget---the MAK 3 Star will let you SMOKE & GRILL at the same time. Two independently controlled firepots as well. All 304 Marine grade stainless steel.. With all upper grates (8) installed, you get 2750 sq. inches of cooking surface. The primary cooking surface is 660 sq. inches. Lots of room for sure.
