We have been so busy I am rolling 3 events into 1 crazy Wednesday!
B-Day lunch for the day shift 12:00pm
Chamber Tour and BBQ 5:30pm
B-Day lunch for the night shift 9pm
Menu:
Brisket, Pulled Pork, Chicken Wings, Jerky samplers, Smoked Cheese, Baby Back Ribs & my favorite chocolate chunk cookies.
Using MAK 2 Star #100, 2 Star #0 and 1 Star #0 (for the cookies)
It's going to be one busy day tomorrow! I will try to take some pics along the way.

Thanks everyone, it wasn't MAK's B-Day but a few of our employees so we do a B-Day lunch each month for the crew.
