Decided to make some egg muffins with bacon using the Mak griddle. Everything was simpe to make except next time I will use two griddles, one for the bacon and the other for the eggs and toasting the muffins. The cold smoking box was used to keep the bacon and eggs warm while making smoothies on the Vitamix. For those of you that don't have a Mak 2 Star the cold smoking box keeps food nicely warm until your ready to serve the food.
