I know this is late but we here at MAK have been ridiculously busy getting the new products built

Jim's BBQ sent us these 2 Strube Ranch Briskets for Christmas, we were instantly drooling! Wat a great surprise
I smoked them a week later and fed the crew, Eldon our newest addition to the MAK team got a lesson in slicing as you can see.
The Brisket was OUTSTANDING!

I didn't know you guys are in Oregon. Dang, I bought a Traeger years ago thinking I was buying from an Oregon company. Now, I hear they've moved mfg to China.

When I graduate from kindergarten smoking school, I'm getting me a MAK (from BP of course).
