make ahead ribs?

do you or anyone have any experience cooking ribs upto the foil stage then holding them a few days? my memorial day cookout is now a huge rib fest!! like 70 people! help thank you for any help sam

I would just finish the cook and re-heat, maybe cut the cook about 30 minutes short.

You can also cook them all ahead, vac seal and reheat in a roasting pan of hot, not boiling water, still in the vacced packages.
