Time for a bigger grill :)
No luck here, seems to become tougher if you let the meat cool than reheat

I read some where to cook them through the foil stage and leave in the foil in the frige and reheat the next day.

bricklayer - I do the same as you suggest with pork butt for pulled pork: 2 hour smoke, wrap in foil and fridge, 4 hour braise another day. But pork shoulder and ribs - two different things. So I'm not sure how it would work on your ribs. (Incidentally, I'm feeding a similar crowd for Mem Day with the pulled pork. Smoking tonight.)

Ribs go downhill off the cooker and as far as I'm concerned, never get nearly as good reheated as they were when they first came off the cooker.
If you've agreed to cook ribs for 70 people you either have a large commercial cooker, know someone who you can borrow one from or you've gone temporarily insane! ;)
If it's the later, time to switch to lucious pulled pork sandwiches!!
