Hi all
I'm thinking Of Making "Cottage Bacon'
From pork sholder instead of side pork.
any of you try this yet?
Recomeded cureing?
1Grill temp ? internal temp
pellet flavor? Mop to use?
I use a Treager ltl Tex Deluxe
Any imput will be Great

I've had pretty decent bacon made with turkey so I'd have to say just about any part of a hog can be used!
