Hi all,
Had sinus surgery last Wednesday so taking it slow, figured I'd make some easy comfort food. Haven't made meatloaf if a few years, can't wait till its done. On Smoke for 1.5 hours and then up to 325 to finish off at 145 internal. Will sauce the top for the last 25ish minutes.
