Hey guys,
My name is Mike and I live in GA. I have been smoking for a few years now with offset smokers and have finally ventured into pellet smoking. I have done only three cooks so far on the pellet smoker and they all came out pretty good. I bought the pellet smoker primarily for the bigger cuts of meat, brisket, butts and shoulders. I like the ability to dial in the temp and get some sleep. Anyway, I hope to learn some tips and techniques from the guys who have been doing this for a while.
