Impromptu snack to bring to a party tonight.

Baguette, cabbage & jalapeno slaw with red onion, chili rubbed pork tenderloin, and a sriracha mayo sauce drizzled on top. Deeeeeelicious.

Lovely fiancee even helped out with this one!

Sparky- i'm actually a photographer by trade (with my fiancee). We shoot about 45 weddings a year as well as for magazines, marketing companies, etc.
