Money chops on the drum, roasted Yukon Golds & mushrooms on the MAK

Dinner tonight, pork chops dusted with BPS Money and Simply Marvelous Cherry rubs on the drum and roasted Yukons and criminis on the MAK dusted with Desert Gold. And roasted asparagus and onions with pink Himalaya salt
Was at Costco today and Aidells was there sampling some of their sausages. They had a new one (to me it was new) for sampling: bacon, mushroom and swiss cheese. OMG so good! Bought a 3lb pack.

What temp you run that at? Did I miss it?

MAK was at 415F
Drum at 300 then to wide open for searing, probably about 700F. Dont think K blue gets much hotter than that.
