Got BP's new Money rub this week and was dying to try it out, my wife wanted pork last night so it worked out perfect to give the new rub a whirl.
Hit a pork tenderloin with the rub
Onto the MAK running oak @275 to get a little smoke
While the pork is smoking prepped up some asparagus with garlic oil and Desert Gold
After prok has smoked for about an hour crank up the MAK to 425 and move it over to the flame zone side to finish
Pull the pork @145, while the pork is resting grill the asparagus
Pork sliced
Served the asparagus and pork with a little homemade pilaf
While this was a pretty simple cook all I can say about the Money is Wow! This stuff is great, it has a nice sweet / savory balance with a hint of citrus and just enough kick. I can't wait to try this out on some more stuff!
