OK I seasoned these with the garlic balsamic then hit it with a dusting of Williams Fajita and then the new Big Poppa Meat Miracle rub...
then some of the new italian garlic olive oil that we are now stocking...Forget Annies....this is the real deal

Couldn't find the new garlic olive oil on the site, here's the skinny from Jessie:

Hi Rip!

Happy Holidays to you! We're currently adding it to the site right now, we had some server issues this morning but it should be up soon! The garlic olive oil is 12.95 for a 8.5oz bottle.

Tell me more about them ribs please...

Is my screen color off or are they cooked to a medium rare like you would a rib roast? What cooking temp & internal temp? Never thought of cooking them that way, but it makes sense, since it's part of the same cut.

All I know is looking at them is making me hungry!

they are wagyu and were cooked to 150 internal and still were pink...maybe 165 next timew but they were fabulous
