More Traeger Love

this is a continuation of Squirtthecat's Give the Traegers some love post...


My first cook on my Traeger (May 2010) :

Turkey & Pineapple Burger and Cheeseburger:

First pizza on the Traeger (I did throw under the broiler for a minute to brown up the top)

Dessert for the NEPAS 2nd annual smokeout:

On the Traeger:

These were for the smokeout but not done in the Traeger (they could have been)

my pizza - lot's of veggie's - missed a cooked shot

chocolate zucchini cake

this was for a contest on another forum - I had to work with ribs, beans & sharp cheese

Tamale stuffed Poblanos (the stuffing was rib meat, cheddar & black beans)

That's all I got.... for today anyway....
