Did some beef ribs and a rack of Baby Backs. Had mom and dad and my neighbor over. Started out on 180 at 11 AM. Then up to 250 at Noon. Used Tatonka Dust on the beef ribs and Sweet Rub O' Mine for the BB's.
Everyone said they were fantastic. I foiled the last hour as my mom likes them fall off the bone. I prefer non foiled as I think foiling makes the meat to mushy, but it was mothers day so...
Had Byerlys potato salad and asiago garlic cheese bread. Will try to get more pics up later.
