My first meat loaf fatty. Turned out real good. Saw one posted by another member and decided to do one.

What did you stuff in the middle?

I made a regular meatloaf and then put some cheeses in it then formed the loaf and wrapped it with the bacon weave.

I haven't made a fattie in over a year I think! Time to do one up!

I think I might stuff the inside with crumbled pancakes and syrup, scrambled eggs, and crispy bacon crumbles. Then roll it up and wrap with bacon weave! Breakfast in a roll!
