My name is Anthony and I am (NOW) a pellet smoker!

I use to smoke offset but, was introduced to pellet smoking and it is GREAT! Trying to get the crew at the firehouse to flip the bills to buy one for the firehouse. Cook on mine everynight. . . okay maybe not everynight. But, since I got it 6 months ago I can count on my two hand the number of time I have not cooked on the grill (not counting days at the firehouse). The wife loves it and the fresh smoked salmon on a salad is great.
