Hello All, I live in south central Washington and I have had fun smoking with my offset smoker off and on for the past few years and I got a nice suprise on fathers day with a new Brinkmann Pellet Grill (the new ones the HD are now carrying). From what I've seen there is a lot of questions out there about these so hopefully I can be a good guiney pig and pass along some info to everyone here about them, I don't have my hopes set too high for the grill but then again it's somewhere to start and I look forward to any and everything I can learn from all you guys with experiance. I have already ordered an Ortech TR100 controler for it has they come standard with a low, med, high controller and it dosen't sound like they are very good at temp control, so we'll get it upgraded and go from there. Looking forward to getting started.
