If I had just received my grill a few things would happen:
I wouldn't be typing here
It wouldn't be waiting until tomorrow for assembly
by tomorrow it would be burned and seasoned
Friday would be the first cook, maybe a fattie to help season things a bit

Thanks everyone. The assembly went very smoothly and so far I am really impressed with the build quality of the traeger which was a little nerve wracking reading some of the comments online. I did a solid hour burn in tonight and everything looks to be working well and the mesquite smelled great. Can't wait to see how it tastes tomorrow! I've got a flat iron steak and a cross rib roast to try for the Iowa vs. Michigan State game!
