I just picked up my first machine, a Traegar Texas Grill at the big warehouse store. I know there are far superior machines that are manufactured locally and to a much higher standard, but WOW that was a great deal! I dare you to find a better bang for your buck. any who, I just fired up the unit and was ready to do a quick scrub of the grill surface when a feeling of impending doom consumed me......how carefull do I need to be with Traegar's coated grill surface? I don't want to scrub thru the coating and start having issues. My experience with my charcoal grill was that as long as it was well seasoned I had no problems, but I don't think I was dealing with a coated grill surface, just a steel one. Why aren't they all stainless steel for goodness sake. Any advice would help
