Just purchased the Green Mountain Danial Boone and wife wants to know after only three days, what took me so long. Been looking at them for two yrs, and finally decided after working the last 6 weekends of overtime, I am treating myself to one :) Look forward to trying some recipes on here. So far Ribs, Chix legs, and Ribeye's have turned out AWESOME

Welcome to the world of smoking Chuck. It's just my wife and I and at first she loved my new hobby of smoking. I do all the cooking outside, wash all the pots and pans in the barn and we always have left overs. Now it she tells me my new hobby has been making our pants to tight. Guess I could smoke smaller portions. Na, we'll just have to get bigger pants. Happy Smoking and keep those pictures coming.
