TentHunter - I never heard of pellet type grills until a few weeks ago. The family went to a friends house on New Years Day, he had a pork roast in a Traeger....ultimately became pulled pork - good stuff. Anyway, learned about pellet cooking and how to make a potato cannon all in the same day, it's going to be a good year.
I'm going to try my hand at some ribs this weekend.
