Digger, welcome from North Carolina. Lots of very knowledgeable people around here if you have any questions about cooking on a pellet grill. It does take a while to convert over to the nuances of a pellet grill, but once you make that trip, you'll never look back.

Open account , free, at photobucket. Upload pics to photobucket and copy in "ing" format from photobucket. Back to message board and paste the picture. Easy peasy!
