I've owned my Traeger #75 for about 5 years. I've used it to grill/smoke everything except steaks and fish fillets. From the start I made a form to use to record heat settings, temperatures, rubs, mops, cuts of meat, kind of pellet used, and length of time on any setting. I've been able to duplicate the results I want to end up with. I have cooked for large groups of people and keep my cooking tools, pots, stoves, grills, etc. in a cargo trailer so I can be mobile. My wife and I collect cookbooks and recipes.
