New to smoking. Picked up a Traeger lil Texas elite and have only been able to use it a couple times but the results were phenomenal. Picked up a copy of wicked good BBQ by Chris Hart and have been studying that for some great ideas.

Wanted to stop in and say hello. I look forward to using this site as another great resource.
