Hello all, My name is Reese and I am a pellet smoker. I'm new to pellet smoking. Well actually new to grilling & smoking all-together. My buddy has a pellet smoker said it was amazingly easy to use. So I got one to try it out but I have no idea what I'm doing. My internet search brought me here for recipes and advice.
