Ordered a Memphis Elite on Monday from BP with help from Kristen and can't wait to get it today. First pellet grill and super excited! Going to start with pig candy, then move on to some butts. Live in ATL and been going to this place called Heirloom BBQ and it is Korean influenced . Going to try and replicate some of those recipes.
