Picked up my new best friend on Tuesday morning before work.
Couldn't play Tuesday because I had to work all night. It couldn't have been a better way to celebrate America's birthday than to do the maiden voyage of my American made smoker. I filled the neighborhood with sweet smoke all day.
First up, atomic buffalo turds. Look at those little soldiers, all lined up for their General.
Ahhh, the sweet nectar...
After that, I did some sausages, spiral cut hot dogs, corn on the cob, chicken wings, some cheese in the cold box, and for desert, I cut up a watermelon, drizzled it with melon liquor & Grand Manier, placed it in the cold smoker for about an hour. Wowwee! It was awesome.
