My name is Thomas and I am a German pellet smoker.

I've received my GMG DB about two weeks ago and still testing and tasting ;-)
But I've got a lot experience with a many gas and charcoal grills and smokers.
I'm a member of the competition team "TB & The BBQ-Scouts" - we made a lot of first and second prices over here in Europe.
We've been to "The Jack" in 2009 and made the first in "Homeland cooking" and eighth in the sauce ;-)
