I have been a member of this forum for over a year, and can now finally say I am a pellet smoker. This should be interesting as I have never owned a smoker, and never smoked any meats prior to purchasing the 2 Star. My philosophy is go big, or go home. I'm sure with all of the support from the folks on this forum, I will succeed in creating tasty smoked meals for friends and family for many years.

Be careful . When folks find out how good you food is, you will have a lot of company. This weekend we are cooking pork and beef ribs and tri tips. RD bill gets expensive . I have learn to just ask the head count and how many males under 35. This weekend is 15 with 5.
