Hello, fellow pellet heads! I have a Louisiana grill by Danson, the Greenwood model, and I have been smoking w pellets for about 5 years.
I have also been an occasional poster on the smoke ring forum over the years.
My favorite pellet flavor for most things is hickory. But I really love what cherry wood can do for ribs....I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.
