Howdy, new to the forum, but not new to smoking. Learned a lot of stuff the hard way,
trial and error. Started looking for new pellets to use (formally used brand X), and happened upon this site. Ordered new pellets to use, and wow, saw this new smoker and had to have one. Ordered a new MAK 2 Star too! The coolest thing about pellet smoking is that whole family gets involved. I've raised a whole new generation of smokers. We own a meat market, so we are smoking or grilling on a nightly basis. Love the pics everyone is posting, plan to put some up of our own.
