I've had a Green Mountain Grill since spring. I can count on one hand how many times we've turned our oven on. I've done steaks, chops, ribs, roasts, brats and burgers just to name a few. We've baked cookies, smoked pineapple slices (great on ice cream), and made a pan of lasagna. I will admit there is a learning curve involved, but even the mistakes are pretty tasty!
