I recently purchased a pellet smoker and am having a hard time keeping even temps. The side farthest from the fire pot runs hotter, hiw can I remedy this? Its a traeger junior
I've read this is typical of the Juniors and have also heard that fire bricks help the juniors level out and maintain temps a lot better. I'd give them a try.
