Need some ideas for upcoming comp

So I am cooking in a comp next weekend and it has an extra category on Friday night, besides the big four. It will be judged by local firefighters, not the KCBS judges that we will have on Saturday. The theme of this category is Shish Kabobs, but anything goes. I'm taking some suggestions as to what to cook. Please be creative, just start throwing ideas out there, as long as it is skewered it is valid. By the way, I have a pellet cooker, a WSM, and a weber kettle to use, so just about any technique is fine. Rack them brains!!!

+1 on the bacon. Bacon makes everything better!

Yes, my first thought was bacon wrapped venison skewers. Those breakfast kabobs look good though. Do you guys think that since the judges are not KCBS who have had their fill of BBQ sauce for the weekend, that I should incorporate some in there instead? Maybe they are craving for something more traditional, all sauced up. You know? What do you think
