I bough a advantage from Big Pappa. I put the legs , tray and side shelfs on in about 15 minutes. All of the protective prastic was a longer prossess. Looks great. I cooked pork candy first. It cooked very even. I was not watching my pellet supply and ran out. Though no falt but my own , I over heated the grill and have some browning around the vents in the back of the lid. I got a over heat code. After I got it cooled down , I started the grill the next day and everything went as it should from start up to cool down. This grill is built like a tank. If this had been a 700 dollar grill that I looked at last summer , the heat probe and computer would have been fried.Today I will do biscuits on both shelfs then pizza later. Steaks are the next day. I will post pictures when all is done. I bought some cleaner at a fire place store and it helped with the brown around the hood vents some what. Does anybody have any ideas on how to remove the rest of the browning?.

I have had good luck on Stainless with Easy Off fume free. If you read the directiions and it says spray on a COLD oven, it is the right stuff. Let it work over night.
