24 racks of ribs and 4 briskets. Throw in some Miller's rope sausage and that should feed 80 hungry golfers.

You gotta try Miller's sausage. Awesome. By far the best I've ever served. Just ask any of the thousands I've cooked for. It's always the first meat I run out of. They also make a breakfast link that has blueberries in it with a little kick. Check out their web site.

The ribs turned out great as usual. The syrup flavor was not really detectable, at least no one mentioned it. The did have a nice color though. And there was nothing left if 4 briskets, 24 racks of ribs
and 30 pounds if sausage. Hungry golfers can really eat!
