Big Alohas to all!
Just purchased my Traeger Grill and loving it. Was it worth sleeping on the couch for...you bet! So far I've cooked a tri-tip, chicken quarters, and some spare ribs. Big Boss said it was the best food she has eaten. She told me that the smokers a keeper but I'm still camping down-stairs. Man I need to cook more to earn some get out of jail brownie points. Looking forward to reading all the post here and picking up valuable tips.
