New Pellet Griller from Pennsylvania

Hello all. I'm Dave and just bought a new Pellet Grill (Memphis Pro). I've always had Weber Propane or Natural Gas grills so I'm looking into getting into some new things with the smoking, and even using the grill as an oven.
