New Pellet Smoker in Pennsylvania

Greetings from a new Memphis Advantage owner in Pennsylvania.

Just last week I purchased a Memphis Advantage to go with my BPS engineered drum smoker and I am absolutely hooked.

My neighbor becomes my best friend whenever I cook on the drum and when he saw the Memphis come out of the SUV he was acting like he hit the lottery.

The cooks have been great so far (sorry no pictures) and I can't wait for the next one. I look forward to learning tips and tricks from all of you so I can kick out some excellent food.
