Hi all,
I just purchased a Green Mountain Daniel Boone. Slipped it by the accounting dept.(wife) because as the saying goes "it's better to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission" Surprisingly, she was ok with it. Go figure.
Did the burn-in, and am looking at some baby back ribs as a first smoke. Good smokin', all!
