New Pellet Smoker

Hi, My name is Ollie8974
I purchased a Yoder YS640 Pellet smoker several weeks ago from Foothills Fireplace & Grills in Black Diamond WA.
I have always been a Charcoal BBQ'er
This YS640 has opened up a whole new world to me.
The first accessory purchase was an A-MAZE-N-TuBE-Smoker.
Which I have used to cold smoke Pork Chaps, Tri Tip Steak and Cheese.
Also Baked a take and bake pizza. So far every thing has turned out great.
Looking forward to when the weather warms up a bit as I want to bake some bread.

Welcome aboard ollie! Someone was telling me they got some pellets made from grape vines and such at the place where you bought your grill. The pellets are made in eastern Washington - Grandview I think they said. Did you by any chance get any of those? I am curious about what people think of them before I drive all the way down there.
